Job Description

As a Rural Bank Mitra, you will work in rural areas to promote and sell Airtel Payments Bank services to local shops and retailers. Your primary objective is to increase retailer adoption, ensure service awareness, and support proper usage of Airtel Payments Bank products. Key Responsibilities: • Visit retail stores in rural areas to promote Airtel Payments Bank services. • Execute the daily beat plan to ensure consistent coverage of assigned villages/areas. • Educate and train retailers on Airtel Payments Bank services and processes. • Onboard new retailers and support activation. • Collect feedback from retailers and report insights to the reporting manager. • Ensure compliance with company policies and fieldwork guidelines.
