Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet clients, and drive business growth by promoting our packaging products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, and references
Visit clients (industrial areas, warehouses, manufacturers) for product presentation and sales
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand client requirements and provide suitable packaging solutions
Prepare and follow up on quotations and negotiations
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts)
Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
Maintain daily visit reports and sales MIS
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good negotiation and interpersonal abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
Willingness to travel within the city/region
Qualification
Graduate (Any stream preferred: BBA / B.Com / Marketing)
Preferred Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales
Experience in packaging, industrial products, or manufacturing industry is a plus
Candidate with own vehicle preferred
