Job Description: Sales Executive (Bajaj Insta EMI Card)

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to join our team for Merchant Acquisition and the promotion of the Bajaj Insta EMI Card. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our merchant network and driving financial product sales across the region.

Key Responsibilities

* Acquire New Merchants: Identify and onboard new retail partners into the ecosystem.

* Product Distribution: Promote and distribute Paytm Sound Box, QR codes, and Bajaj Insta EMI cards to local businesses.

* Deal Closure: Negotiate and close new deals with potential clients and merchants.

* Target Management: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and acquisition targets.

* Team Coordination: Work closely with the regional team to align sales strategies and goals.

Requirements

* Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

* Assets: Must own an Android Phone and a Two-Wheeler for field visits.

* Documents: Possession of PAN card, Aadhar card, and Bank Details.

* Skills: Strong communication skills and a target-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

* Freshers: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

* Experienced: Up to ₹21,000 per month.

* Incentives: High commission potential based on sales performance (80% based on targets).
