FinRise DSA Services is hiring for Field Sales Executive / Team Leader (Field Sales) roles.

Vacancies: 25 (Field Sales Executive) | 3 (Team Leader)Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month Job Type: Full-time, Field Role

Candidates with higher relevant experience will be considered for Team Leader roles.

Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for Field Sales Executive roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to retail outlets, service providers, and small businesses to onboard them as partners for financial services.
Identify and develop potential business opportunities within assigned areas.
Explain services, benefits, and partnership processes to prospective partners
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with partners.
Achieve assigned targets and submit regular activity reports.
Provide guidance and coordinate team activities (applicable for Team Leader role).

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply
Relevant experience in sales or team handling preferred for Team Leader role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel for field work.
