Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing plans, set objectives, and analyze market/customer needs.

• Sales Execution: Generate leads (cold calling, networking), qualify prospects, present products, negotiate deals, and close sales.

• Marketing Campaigns: Design and run promotional activities, manage social media, coordinate events/exhibitions, and create content.

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, handle feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Market Analysis: Research competitors, identify new opportunities, and track campaign performance.

• Reporting: Prepare reports on sales performance and campaign effectiveness.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.

• Skills: Excellent communication (written/oral), negotiation, project management, analytical, and leadership skills.
