Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct cold calls to identify and develop new business opportunities.Visit industrial customers, distributors, retailers, and workshops for product promotion and sales.Demonstrate product knowledge and explain technical specifications, benefits, and applications.Manage and grow an existing customer base through regular follow-ups and relationship building.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Generate quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the internal team for timely deliveries.Collect market information regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in industrial or hardware products).Knowledge of bearings, grease, V-belts, or automotive/industrial spare parts is an advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.Ability to do cold calling and convert leads into orders.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).Knowledge about MIDC areas.EducationMinimum: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate (any field)
