A1 Green Tech (OPC) Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to expand our market presence across distributors, retailers, banquets, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and institutional buyers. The role focuses on onboarding channel partners, generating bulk orders, and building long-term trade relationships for our tissue paper, butter paper, and aluminium foil product range.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard distributors, wholesalers, retailers, banquets, hotels, caterers, and shopkeepers
Generate B2B and bulk sales orders for tissue papers, aluminium foil, and food-wrapping products
Build and manage a strong network of channel partners and repeat clients
Conduct regular market visits, product demonstrations, and price negotiations
Ensure timely order execution, payment follow-ups, and customer satisfaction
Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitors, and demand trends
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / disposables / tissue / packaging / horeca sales
Strong understanding of local markets, distributors, and retail channels
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, field-oriented, and target-driven
Two-wheeler preferred for field sales
