
Responsibilities:
Acquire new CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) customers through field sales and branch activities
Achieve monthly targets for CASA, cross-selling, and revenue generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention
Identify customer needs and offer suitable banking products (FD, RD, Insurance, Loans, Cards, etc.)
Handle account opening process and ensure KYC compliance
Coordinate with branch operations for smooth account activation
Generate leads through references, market visits, and corporate tie-ups
Maintain daily activity reports and MIS
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Support the Branch Manager in sales planning and execution
