Brief Details of the Opportunity:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic MBA (Marketing) Freshers to join us as Management Trainees in our Solar Sales & Emerging EPC Department. This role offers a great opportunity to build a career in the renewable energy sector and contribute to India’s growing solar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing solar sales strategies across assigned regions.

• Identify, generate, and manage leads for solar EPC projects.

• Support distributor/dealer network development and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and project execution.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

• Track and analyse sales performance during the probation and training period.

Training & Growth:

• Probation Period: 3 Months Training

• Performance Evaluation: Successful completion of training will lead to confirmation.

• Career Path: Promotion & increments applicable as per company norms.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: MBA in Marketing (Freshers preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel across locations.

• Passion for sales and renewable energy sector.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
