■ Job Position: Sales Manager
■ Job Location: Mumbai
■ Salary: 25,000
■ Qualification: 12th/Graduate
■ Eligibility: Minimum 6months of experience in any loans
■ Roles and Responsibilties:
Lead and guide agents/advisors to help them bring gold loan customers.

Teach and support agents so they can find new customers and generate leads.
Plan and set sales targets to get more business and customers.
Meet new agents regularly and add them to the team for more business.
Build good relationships with agents, customers, and banks for smooth loan processing.
