Client Consultations: Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their insurance needs, provide policy recommendations, and customize life insurance solutions to match their requirements.
Policy Sales: Sell individual and family life insurance policies (Term Life, Whole Life, UL, etc.) by explaining policy benefits, terms, and premiums to clients.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by driving sales activities and closing deals with clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, policy renewals, and upselling opportunities.
Agency Collaboration: Collaborate with agency managers and field teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.
Lead Generation: Leverage agency resources, networking events, and personal connections to generate quality leads.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ offerings, and new insurance products to effectively position and sell our policies.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales and client interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Accurately maintain client records and documents.
Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and personal growth.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, challenges, and market insights to the Agency Manager.
