🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Generate business through direct sales activities

• Acquire new customers and build strong client relationships

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

• Conduct field visits, lead generation & networking activities

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance solutions

• Follow up on leads and ensure policy closures

• Maintain daily sales reports and customer database

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding process
