Develop and implement the annual corporate sales strategy for all hotel units.
Establish sales budgets, revenue forecasts, and business plans.
Drive occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room), banquet revenue, and total hotel revenue across the group.
Identify new business opportunities and emerging market
Acquire new corporate, government, PSU, airline, healthcare, education, industrial, and travel trade accounts.
Develop national and regional key account partnerships.
Generate business for rooms, conferences, weddings, social events, and food & beverage outlets.
Expand business through travel agents, online travel partners, event planners, and destination management companies.
