Job Description:
We are seeking a disciplined, target-driven B2B Sales Manager with a strong sense of leadership and operational excellence. Candidates from an Army background with a transition into corporate sales will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development and manage key B2B client accounts

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and negotiate high-value deals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Strategize and execute sales plans with a mission-oriented mindset

• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client delivery

Requirements:

• Ex-Defense personnel (Indian Army background strongly preferred)

• Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills

• Strong sense of discipline, integrity, and problem-solving ability
