• To ensure sales in residential/commercial real estate.
• Responsible for generating new business opportunity for the organization
• Looking for a hard core performer in selling Residential and commercial Property.
• Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
• Talk to the leads generated by calling team & explain the project details
• Convince them for the site visit on call.
• Take prospects for site visits answering all relevant queries in the process.
• Finally do the booking

• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.
• Polished, Well-Groomed, pleasing personality - He has to find ways to achieve their monthly target and maintain our company's positive image.
• He will be responsible for generating sales within assigned focus projects with the help of team.
• Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
• Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
• Report on sales activities to senior management.
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Collecting customer feedback and market research.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
