Job Description

Job Summary:We are hiring Loan Telesales Executives to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over phone calls, explaining loan products, and assisting them with the application process.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products (Personal Loan, Overdraft, etc.).Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.Generate leads and convert them into successful applications.Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the team leader.Provide accurate information to customers and ensure excellent service.Requirements:Minimum 12th pass.Good communication and convincing skills.Fresher or up to 1 year of telesales/telecalling experience (loan sales experience is an advantage).Basic knowledge of loans/financial products is preferred.
