Role Overview
We're hiring a high-performing Corporate Sales Executive to expand our B2B operations, close corporate ewaste deals, IT AMC contracts, and build long-term relationships with offices, IT heads, facility managers & admin teams.
This is a field + corporate relationship role (not telecalling only).
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Visits & Lead Generation
25–30 corporate visits per week
Meet admin heads, IT managers, facility managers
Present company profile + services
Build relationships with corporate offices
Schedule pickups for ewaste
Approach offices, IT parks, industrial units, schools, hospitals, and hostels
Business Development
Generate ewaste deals (small & bulk)
Pitch AMC contracts
Pitch IT asset buyback
Pitch bulk refurbished IT equipment
Develop dealer & vendor network
Follow-ups & Negotiation
Follow up with all decision makers
Negotiate pricing (support from management)
Convert opportunities into business
Maintain strong relationship after service
Reporting
Daily visit report
Lead tracker & follow-up sheet
Weekly and monthly target review
Coordinate with operations manager
Skills & Qualifications Required
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales
Experience in IT hardware, facility management, electronics, ewaste, AMC or service industry preferred
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
Strong negotiation & follow-up ability
Confident in meeting admin/facility/IT heads
Comfortable with field visits
Smart, ambitious, and target-driven
Reliable & honest reporting habit
Should understand corporate structure and decision-making
