Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at ITR India Pvt. Ltd. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects and developing sales strategies to drive business growth.

The position offers an in-hand salary of around ₹40,000, along with good growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close sales through various methods such as calling and presentations.

• Build strong customer relationships and meet assigned sales targets.

• Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.

• Report performance metrics and feedback to management on a regular basis.

• Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.

• Mechanical Engineering qualification is preferred but not mandatory.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience.

• Familiarity with different sales techniques is essential.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in computer usage, including CRM systems, and the ability to utilize technology effectively.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
