We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at M.i.b Marketing. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000
Key responsibilities
Monitor competitors, market prices and new business opportunities.
Follow up on customer payments and ensure credit discipline.
Submit daily visit reports, sales reports and monthly market development plans.
Candidate requirements
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in hardware, plywood, building materials, door fittings or interior products.
Must have experience in dealer appointment and distribution sales.
Good relationships with hardware dealers across Odisha will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha.
Ability to independently develop a new market and achieve sales targets.
Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
