Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage DSA & DST sales channels for Personal Loans
Drive business growth in unsecured loan segment (salaried & self-employed)
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, agents, and channel partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor team performance and provide training & guidance
Ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement coordination
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
