Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Generate new leads and business opportunities for ERP, CRM, and software solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations.
• Understand client business processes and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and support during pre-sales stages.
• Coordinate with technical/implementation teams for solution discussions.
Marketing Support
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and client outreach programs.
• Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Reporting
• Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
• Track market trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT/software sales (ERP/CRM preferred).
• Proven track record in B2B sales and target achievement.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within assigned regions.
Preferred Skills
• Experience selling ERP/CRM solutions (SAP B1, Odoo, Salesforce, etc.).
• Understanding of business processes across industries.
• Regional language proficiency (Malayalam/Tamil/Kannada) is an advantage.
• Existing network of clients in South India.
