Job Overview: 

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Manager with 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving our sales efforts, meeting targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: 

• Generate leads, build relationships, and close sales deals within the Lucknow real estate market. 

• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. 

• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies. 

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns. 

• Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to create effective campaigns and initiatives. 

• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements with clients. 

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. 

• Requirements:

• 2-5 years proven experience as a Sales Executive or Manager in the real estate sector. 

• Strong understanding of the Lucknow real estate market and industry trends. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 

• Self-motivated and results-driven individual. 

Education: BBA, MBA, B com, B Sc, BA.
