Business Generation: Identify, onboard, and activate new partners (brokers, agents) to promote life, health, or general insurance products.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Target Achievement: Achieve financial targets, including premium bookings and brokerage revenue.
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities.
Product Knowledge & Training: Train partners on product offerings to enhance sales pitches and conversion rates.
Market Analysis: Analyze competitors, market trends, and industry developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 1–6 years in sales or business development, preferably within insurance or financial services.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Expertise: Deep understanding of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and risk assessment.
Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
