Role Overview

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end sales cycle—identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, crafting compelling pitches, and closing deals. You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive growth across new and existing markets.

Key Responsibilities

• 🎯 Own and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

• 🔍 Identify and qualify prospects in the healthcare space (clinics, chains, specialty practices)

• 🧩 Understand client needs and tailor product demonstrations accordingly

• 🛠️ Collaborate with product and onboarding teams to ensure seamless client transition

• 📊 Track pipeline activity and sales performance using CRM tools

• 🤝 Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

• 📈 Provide market insights and feedback to influence product roadmap and strategy

  What We’re Looking For

• ✅ 4–7 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS or HealthTech)

• ✅ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• ✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• ✅ Experience selling to doctors, clinic owners, or hospital decision-makers is a plus

• ✅ Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and digital transformation trends
