Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales operations, managing the sales team, and ensuring that sales targets are met. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring the sales team to ensure their professional growth and success.

Proven experience in Sales, Sales Strategy, and Sales Management
Strong skills in Market Research and understanding of real estate market trends
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-building skills
Ability to lead, train, and mentor a sales team
Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
