Salary: 35K to 50K PM in hand

Job profile:

Identify, Develop and onboard new Broker/ Channel partner in given territory through, database networks, digital platforms, and referrals to ensure regular site visit of qualified client.

Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new CP to drive maximum footfall.

Participate in promotional activities for lead generation

Meeting and understanding client needs and present relevant property options from our multiple projects and accordingly pitch, conduct site visits, Sales presentation and property showings and sharing commercial details.

Facilitating and driving revisits on regular basis by maintaining good prospective client follow ups to increase sales conversion ratio.

Meeting Sales targets monthly, quarterly and Annually.
