Job Description – Agency Channel (Front Line Sales)
Role Purpose
To drive life insurance business through agency channel activation, advisor recruitment, and sales productivity while meeting assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and activate life insurance advisors / agents
Drive business through advisor‑led policy sourcing
Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and joint field calls
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Ensure quality business, persistency, and compliance
Build strong advisor and local market relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Life Insurance Agency / Bancassurance / Field Sales
Strong local market understanding and agent network preferred
Good communication and relationship‑management skills
Willingness for field‑based sales
Graduate preferred
