Job Description: Sales Manager (Solar EPC)

Company Profile:
Exajoule is a leading manufacturer of LED Street Lights and Solar Home Lighting Systems. We specialize in the trading of all solar products and operate as an EPC (System Integrator) for domestic, commercial, and institutional SOLAR POWER PLANTS.

Role Summary:
We are looking for result-oriented Sales Managers to drive our B2C solar division. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in Solar Power Plant B2C EPC sales and deep knowledge of field sales operations. You will be responsible for engaging prospects, providing customized solar solutions, and boosting top-line revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead Generation & Conversion: Actively identify and qualify potential B2C customers through networking, cold calling, and field marketing.

·        B2C EPC Expertise: Utilize 2–3 years of specific experience in Solar EPC to provide technical and commercial solutions to domestic clients.

·        Site Visits & Consultations: Conduct scheduled site visits to assess solar potential and convert interest into sales.

·        Government Schemes & Financing: Facilitate PMSGBMY (PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana) registrations and assist customers with the solar loan application process.

·        Team Leadership: Manage and report on the performance of deputed sales executives, motivating them to achieve aggressive targets.

·        Target Management: Meet and exceed specific monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

·        Reporting: Create comprehensive daily sales reports with clear visualizations of KPIs (Conversion rates, average deal size, etc.).

·        Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring prompt resolution of concerns.

·        Tender/RFP Management: Manage responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP), ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

·        Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Solar Power Plant B2C EPC sales.

·        Field Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of field sales, local geography, and the solar market landscape.

·        Technical Education: MBA, B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Renewable Energy), or a Specialization in Solar Energy.

·        Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office & CRM software.

·        Mobility: Must be ready to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings.

·        Location & Salary Details:

Lucknow Location:
 Sales Manager – Salary between ₹30k to ₹40k (Fixed) + Incentives + Petrol Allowance.

·        Gorakhpur Location: Sales Manager – Salary between ₹30k to ₹40k (Fixed) + Incentives + Petrol Allowance.

·        Ayodhya Location: Senior Sales Executive – Salary up to ₹30k (Fixed) + Incentives + Petrol Allowance. (Mandatory: Prior experience in the Solar sector).
