The role of Sales Head /Sales manager will be central to defining how high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporates, institutional tenants, and international investors experience our brand, properties, and service philosophy.
You will be responsible for architecting an experience layer around the commercial real estate journey that reflects emotional intelligence, operational precision, discretion, and unwavering professionalism.
This position is tailor-made for a hospitality veteran with an obsession for client delight, a strong hand in people leadership, and a command of systems, data, and nuance in handling VVIP clientele.

Objective:
To lead the commercial real estate sales vertical by managing a high-performing team, targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), institutional clients, and corporate occupiers, and driving large-ticket transactions in commercial properties (office spaces, retail, warehousing, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–10 commercial sales professionals.
Monitor team KPIs, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
Coach the team on consultative sales techniques, product knowledge, and client handling.
2. High-Value Sales & Client Management
Engage and close deals with HNIs, NRIs, CXOs, corporates, and institutional investors.
Manage a strong network of channel partners, IPCs, brokers, and referral networks.
Customize property solutions and proposals as per client investment profiles and goals.
3. Strategic Planning & Market Penetration
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive commercial leasing and sale transactions.
Ensure inventory positioning aligns with current demand trends and pricing intelligence.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and roadshows.
4. Revenue Generation & Business Development
Meet monthly/quarterly/annual revenue and sales targets.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in high-growth commercial hubs.
Drive exclusive mandates and off-market deal closures with high-margin potential.
5. Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, and CRM teams for deal closure and handover.
Report regularly to top management on sales performance, forecasts, and risk assessments.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years in commercial real estate sales with a proven track record of large-ticket sales and HNI client handling.
Must have led a mid-sized team of sales executives or managers.
Prior experience with developers, IPCs, or real estate investment advisory firms preferred.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing/Real Estate preferred).
