Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive Career counselling, Stess Management and manage sales operations within the Govt/Private school segment in Delhi NCR. The role involves building strong relationships with school management, identifying new business opportunities, result oriented & ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the school sector for career counselling and stress management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, school owners, and decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, school visits, and networking.
Present and promote company services to schools through meetings, presentations, and demos.
Monitor market trends to stay ahead.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline status updates.
Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and after-sales support.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage institutional sales, preferably in the education sector.
Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Target-oriented with strong business acumen.
Leadership qualities to manage and motivate a sales team.
Willingness to travel extensively to meet schools.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or any related field.
5–8 years of proven experience in sales Delhi NCR Schools.
