Job Responsibilities:

Develop and manage retail & distribution sales in the assigned territory

Build relationships with distributors, retailers, hospitals, or corporates

Identify new business opportunities to grow sales

Achieve monthly/quarterly targets

Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis

Ensure timely collections and order execution

Regular field visits and reporting to the Sales Manager

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum Experience:

Sales Officer: 2 to 3 years

Sr. Sales Officer (Female): 3 to 4 years

Experience in General Trade / Corporate / Hospital sales preferred

Must have knowledge of territory (North/West Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Manesar)

Self-driven, good communication & negotiation skills

Female candidates preferred for Sr. Sales Officer role

Location & Base:

North Delhi | West Delhi | Gurgaon

Field job with regular travel in assigned territory
