We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead client engagement, manage end-to-end sales processes, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate or construction sales, with proven ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and close high-value deals.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
Serve as a single point of contact for clients during the pre-sales and closing phases.
Sales Execution & Closures:
Lead the entire sales process from inquiry to site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and present customized proposals and pricing to clients.
Lead Management:
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, channel partners, or walk-ins.
Maintain a high conversion ratio from inquiry to booking.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams to ensure smooth sales and post-sales operations.
Provide feedback on market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain updated sales reports, client databases, and activity trackers.
Ensure all documentation (booking forms, KYC, agreements) is completed accurately and on time.
Market Intelligence:
Keep track of competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
Suggest strategies for improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong closing abilities and customer orientation
Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach
Good knowledge of the real estate market and sales practices
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation systems
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years of proven sales experience in real estate, construction, or a related sector
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of RERA and real estate documentation is a plus
