We are seeking an experienced Team Lead with a proven track record in the insurance telesales domain.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Team Lead, strictly in the insurance sector.

2. Preference for candidates with strong expertise in product understanding, lead conversion, talk-time management, dial-outs, and follow-ups.

3. Graduate qualification is compulsory.

4. Candidates with experience in Niva Bupa, ICICI, Care, or Star are preferred.

5. Added advantage for candidates proficient in multiple languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada. (English is compulsory)
