RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for onboarding advisors/agents, delivering training sessions, and cultivating a high-achieving team to support organizational growth. Expected to adhere to defined operational guidelines and standards.
Field Engagement:
● Identify and enlist part-time individuals to operate as advisors/agents.
● Organize client consultations and conduct on-site evaluations.
Team Leadership:
● Guide and support your team in lead generation through platforms like social media, professional connections, personal referrals, and networking. Assist them in turning prospects into clients via direct engagement.
● Drive business development through collaborative team efforts.
● Ensure clients receive tailored financial strategies aligned with their goals.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
● A bachelor's degree minimum with at least 1 year of experience in sales or related fields.
● Open to or experienced in face-to-face client meetings within the local area.
