Job Description
Handle daily field sales activities across urban and rural markets.
Visit retailers, distributors, and potential customers.
Generate new leads and develop business in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Collect orders and follow up for payments and stock availability.
Support promotional and marketing activities.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Maintain daily sales reports and MIS.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Field Sales preferred.
Candidates with field sales experience from other industries can also apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good knowledge of the local market.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
