Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and steel structures. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the PEB segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in PEB/steel construction projects
Generate leads through market research, site visits, and client networking
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: enquiry → proposal → negotiation → closure
Coordinate with design and estimation teams for techno-commercial proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
Prepare sales reports and update management regularly
