As we continue to expand our footprint in Pune, we are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Sales Executive to drive admissions for our centers in Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar, and Kharadi.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is a "people person" who loves interacting with parents, is street-smart, and knows the local geography of Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar, and Kharadi like the back of their hand.

Your primary goal is to generate leads through ground-level marketing activities, build relationships with local communities, and convert inquiries into admissions for our Mindseed and Foundreecenters.

Key Responsibilities

• Local Area Marketing: Conduct intensive field visits in Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar, and Kharadi to identify potential leads.

• Society & Community Engagement: Visit residential societies, organize interactive events, and conduct door-to-door campaigns to create brand awareness for Mindseed & Foundree.

• Outdoor Activation: Generate leads by visiting high-footfall areas such as parks, malls, play zones, and supermarkets within the target locations.

• Lead Generation: Distribute flyers, set up kiosks, and engage with parents to schedule center visits and trial classes.

• Relationship Building: Build rapport with society secretaries, security guards, and local shopkeepers to get referrals and permission for events.

• Database Management: Maintain a daily report of leads generated, follow-ups done, and conversions in the CRM.

• Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on other pre-schools and daycare centers in the vicinity and report market trends to the Admissions Head.

Key Requirements

• Location Knowledge (Mandatory): Must have a deep understanding of the geography, residential complexes, and popular hangout spots in Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar, and Kharadi.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in Education, Real Estate, or FMCG.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (local language is a big plus).

• Personality: Outgoing, confident, and presentable. Must be comfortable approaching strangers and engaging in conversations.

• Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) as this is peak time for parent visits.

• Transport: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
