Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-oriented, and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team in Kharadi, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for Understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable property options, conducting site visits, and converting prospective buyers into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on property leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and other channels.
Understand customers' budgets, preferences, and property requirements.
Promote residential real estate projects in Kharadi, Wagholi, Hadapsar, and nearby locations.
Schedule and conduct client meetings and property site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and possession timelines.
Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
Negotiate with customers and coordinate with builders to facilitate bookings.
Maintain daily calling reports, lead updates, and sales pipeline records.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to team business goals.

Eligibility Criteria

Good communication and convincing skills.
Interest in sales, marketing, and the real estate industry.
Ability to handle customer queries and build relationships.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
Basic computer and smartphone skills.
