Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell electrical products to dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, consultants, and end customers.
Conduct regular market visits to generate enquiries, meet existing customers, and identify new business opportunities.
Explore and develop new markets, dealer networks, project clients, and institutional customers.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Understand customer requirements, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Submit accurate monthly sales reports covering sales achieved, enquiries, quotations, orders, competitor activity, and market feedback.
Follow up with customers for pending payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch status, product availability, delivery commitments, and customer support.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, market trends, and customer preferences.
Resolve basic customer concerns related to products, supply, and service in coordination with the relevant department.
