Jio Fiber Sales Job Description
A jio Sales Executive works in field sales and customer acquisition for broadband and digital services. The role mainly focuses on generating new JioFiber connections, achieving sales targets, and supporting customers during installation and activation.
Job Role
Promote JioFiber broadband and AirFiber services
Generate new customer leads in assigned areas
Visit apartments, homes, shops, and offices for sales
Explain plans, offers, OTT benefits, and devices
Achieve daily and monthly ORN/sales targets
Coordinate with installation and technical teams
Maintain customer relationships and follow-up
Conduct local marketing activities and campaigns
Support KYC and documentation process
Handle customer queries and service escalations
Key Responsibilities
Door-to-door sales and field marketing
Society and apartment campaigning
Lead generation through references and partners
Convincing customers to take new connections
Tracking installations and activations
Reporting daily sales updates to team leaders
Maintaining good customer satisfaction

Eligibility
Minimum 10th / Intermediate / Graduation
