Sales Manager – Loans & Insurance

Job Title: Sales Manager – Loans & Insurance
Location: Hyderabad / Work from Office
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager to handle loan and insurance sales processes. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in financial products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, health insurance, or life insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and field activities
Promote loan and insurance products to customers
Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable products
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and insurance partners
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
Maintain daily sales reports and customer records
Follow up with potential clients for closures
Ensure proper documentation and compliance process

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field
2+ years of experience in loan sales or insurance sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of banking and insurance products
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
