Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
Generate sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, phone calls, and online inquiries.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers.
Assist customers throughout the sales process until the purchase is completed.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or sales register.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and delivery.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Required Skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM is an advantage).

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA/BBM preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with internship or part-time sales/customer service experience will have an added advantage.
