1.Sales Generation & Target Achievement
o Identify potential customers (weavers, exporters, embroidery units, traders)
o Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales
o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
2.Client Relationship Management
o Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key clients
o Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat orders
o Collect and address client feedback regarding product quality and service
3.Market Development
o Research new market opportunities and emerging trends in textile/Jari segment
o Visit textile hubs and attend industry events to expand market reach
o Suggest new product lines or shades based on market demand
4.Coordination & Communication
o Coordinate with production, dispatch, and QC teams for smooth order execution
o Resolve client complaints related to delays, defects, or wrong dispatches
5.Reporting & Documentation
o Maintain accurate sales data, client visit logs, and payment follow-up records
o Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the reporting manager
