Sell life insurance products to individual customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, references, and field visits.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and financial need analysis.
Field Sales Activities
Travel within assigned territory to meet prospective clients.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Agency Development
Recruit and train new insurance agents/advisors.
Motivate and support agents to meet their individual sales targets.
Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews of the agent team.
Customer Relationship Management
Provide after-sales service and support for policy servicing.
Handle customer queries and maintain long-term relationships.
Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in life insurance or sales preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Willingness to travel within the city/region.
