Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Generate new sales leads for residential, commercial, bungalow, villa, and industrial lift projects.
Meet builders, developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and society committees.
Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.
Prepare quotations and proposals for elevator installation and modernization projects.
Follow up on inquiries and close sales orders.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with the technical and installation team for project execution.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Collect market and competitor information. Elevator sales roles commonly involve lead generation, site visits, proposal preparation, customer meetings, and coordination with installation teams.
