Role Description
The Sales Coordinator role at Waveline Sports Pvt Ltd will be managing the Michael Phelps Swimming Academy India. The Sales Coordinator will be handle day-to-day sales activities such as managing inquiries, following up with leads, and supporting enrolment for swim programs. This role includes coordinating with parents and participants, providing accurate information on schedules, pricing, and class levels, and maintaining customer records in line with organizational processes. The Sales Coordinator will collaborate with the operations and coaching teams to ensure smooth class bookings, timely communication, and a positive experience for all visitors and customers. The role also involves preparing basic sales reports, supporting promotions and local outreach, and contributing to the overall growth of the centre.
Qualifications
Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage inquiries, track leads, and support enrolment processes.
Demonstrated Sales experience, including basic pipeline management and follow-up on prospective customers.
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with participants, parents, and internal teams.
Ability to work on-site full time and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency with Excel or similar tools; experience with CRM or enrolment software is an advantage.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
