Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive (Elevator & Lift Sales)

Locations: Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Mumbai & Pune

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads for residential, commercial, bungalow, villa, and industrial lift projects.

• Meet builders, developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, and society committees.

• Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.

• Prepare quotations and proposals for elevator installation and modernization projects.

• Follow up on inquiries and close sales orders.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the technical and installation team for project execution.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Collect market and competitor information. Elevator sales roles commonly involve lead generation, site visits, proposal preparation, customer meetings, and coordination with installation teams.

Skills Required

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of elevators or construction industry

• Ability to generate and follow up leads

• MS Excel and quotation preparation

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Experience

• 0–3 years in Sales (Elevator, Construction, Building Materials, Real Estate, or Electrical Industry preferred)

Salary Structure

• Fixed Salary + Petrol Allowance + Mobile Allowance + Attractive Incentives on Sales

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
