• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (on-roll) + Unlimited Incentives

• Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Working Days: 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers for home loans

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals

• Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits to customers

• Assist customers with the loan application process

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily activity reports

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements

• Education: Graduate (any stream) – Mandatory

• Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome

• Skills: Good communication & convincing skills

• Other: Two-wheeler (bike) preferred for field visits
