Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for MIHS (Medical Insurance & Health Services) to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities for MIHS products and services
Promote and sell medical insurance and health service plans to individuals and corporate clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing and customer support
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or financial services
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Target-oriented with a proactive approach
Basic knowledge of medical insurance products is an advantage
