A battery company engaged in importing and supplying batteries for Mobility, Solar, Telecom, and other applications is looking to hire sales person to drive dealer/distributor network expansion, volume growth, and market penetration in the assigned territory, especially for battery and automotive-related products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand dealer/distributor network in assigned region
- Drive sales volume and achieve monthly targets
- Introduce and establish products in the market
- Strengthen relationships with dealers and retailers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
- Ensure product availability and territory coverage
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in motorcycle batteries / inverter / inverter battery
- Strong experience in distribution & channel sales
- Good network in UP, Haryana, or Delhi preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
This is largely a sales job with travel in Delhi, UP and Haryana.
